Sure, you can keep those awesome legendaries, but once you're 10 levels past them you'll find your damage and survivability dropping dramatically. I've got Druid at 50 and finished Cathedral on T2, but had to swap my builds between Pet/WW, crit WW, OP WB and storm druid throughout the campaign because of that. Others may be rocking it right now as a wolf, but wait until they outgrow that gear and hit run of nothing but caster items with overpower bonuses. What people don't seem to be grasping here is the large RNG involved in effective abilities between play throughs. It is so bad that i can consider this run as the world first Diablo 4 de facto game over, i can't clear and grind until i get more dmg because it would require me to spend 10+ hours clearing the world map (IF this build get better at some point).Ī player that only wanted to play a werewolf. My build path was probably stupid (if you consider that my desire to play a fucking werewolf is stupid) and i got quite unlucky. What it means is that my gameplay right now, is about clearing mobs on the world map and try to not meet 2+ elite mobs at the same time.
I can't clear dungeons because i get killed every time at some point. I got a bit unlucky since i did not get a single legendary and the rare items i got were very bad. I am at world difficulty 1 by the way (started at 2 first). In fact it is so bad that right now if there are more than 2 elites mobs in the same area, i can't even think about clearing it.
